Integrated Order Picking Solution delivered by Automate Warehousing
Automate Warehousing have just completed the installation of 3 Kardex Shuttle XP vertical storage systems in a distribution warehouse in Dublin. The video shows the installation in timelapse - in a working warehouse with no distruption.
The 9 m high Kardex units drive simultaneously from digital pick orders received from the warehouse management system.
This warehouse are using batch picking and a pack light system to give a pick rate of 250 order lines per hour - with one operator
